Randy Hines,

Randy joined Oak Ridge Financial in December 2022. Randy has over 30 years of financing and acquisition experience including initial and follow-on public offerings, private equity and debt placements as well as M&A advisory work including sell-side and buy-side representation, valuations and fairness opinions. He also has private company experience in operations, acquisitions and finance. He has previously worked in Investment Banking at Dougherty/Colliers, John Kinnard, and Craig-Hallum, Inc.  Randy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.  In his free time, Randy enjoys walking and hiking with his wife, biking, catching movies and traveling.
